Essential Responsibilities:

1. Assist department manager and project manager to deal withsales/marketing activities. Handle enquiries and quotations about equipment and fittings. Communicate with clients and suppliers.

2. Assist department manager and project manager to communicate with others department.

3. Project, clients and suppliers data collection, analysis and reporting.

4. Interpreted technical meeting, commissioning and translate related product information

5. Prepare bidding document under the guided by project manager, and communicate with commercial department to ensure correct.

6. Communicate the performance of contract with clients and suppliers timely.

7. Perform job duties as designated by manager.

8. Search and collect the information of abroad and domestic exhibition timly, send to related colleagues. Assist manager to arrange exhibition plan.

9. Assist manager to organize department meeting. 


Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor's degree, major in International Economy And Trade, with more than 2 years working experience in import and export department in petrochemical field will be preferred.

Well operation in Office, must be fluent in English reading and speech
